Returns

How do I return faulty items?

First of all you need to contact our Customer Services Team on (01302) 738388 (Monday - Saturday 9am-5.30pm ) to get a returns number. Please return the goods within 14 days of the date of the invoice/receipt.

Please note we can't accept returns with out a returns number on the returns slip.
This returns number needs to be written on your returns slip. Please send the completed returns slip along with the goods in an unused condition in their original packaging to:

All faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and some will have to be returned to our suppliers before we can accept them as faulty. Once we're satisfied the goods are faulty, we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

Are there any items I cannot exchange?

CDs, videos, games and DVDs will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. Magazines, set-ups and underwear can not be returned.

You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us.

You can return non-faulty goods to any of our shops for an exchange. Please bring proof of purchase with you.

Can I return a snapped or cracked deck?

When you crack or snap your board, you most likely had your foot or feet in the wrong spot when landing tricks and grabs. Unfortunately, if this happens, Extreme Sports Ltd will not replace your broken board or a board with pressure cracks.

Can I return or exchange a telephone or Web order at a Extreme Sports Ltd store?
Yes, you can. You will need to take your Invoice/Receipt with you as proof of purchase. Unfortunately, shops will not be able to offer refunds on goods purchased through either the Internet or over the phone.

We aim to show as true a representation of our products as possible, but due to the printing process and the output of PC monitors we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.

You Sell Go-Peds and Go-Ped spares, Do you sell spare parts for other motorized scooters?

No. We get asked this 5 times a day. The answer is "You should have bought a Go-Ped - because they do spare parts".

But the parts I require might be the same as a Go-Ped?

No, they'll be different - they always are.
