How Do I Order From Extreme Sports?

To order an item from the Web site you can order online or ring us on 08000 850 436 between 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday.

It will save time if you have the following details to hand ;

Cardholder's Name, Billing Address, Shipping Address, Card Number, Valid From Date, Expiry Date, Security Code, Daytime Contact Telephone Number, Billing Address Telephone Number, E-Mail Address and details of what you would like to order.

What Credit Cards Can I Use?

We accept payments from Mastercard, Access, Switch, Solo, Visa, Visa Delta cards. Visa Electron can be used in-store, but no via mail order. Unfortunately we are unable to process payments from American Express cards at this time.

Alternatively, Send Us A Cheque

Just send us a cheque for the value of the product(s), postage and packaging to the address above. Please makes cheques payable to Extreme Sports Ltd and allow 3-5 working days for your cheque to clear.
When Will My Goods Arrive? - All orders will be despatched for next working day delivery provided you ring the order through before 10.00am on weekdays. This only applies to current stock. Give us a ring is you have any questions. Tel.08000 850 436.

Stock Availability

If we don't have stock at the time, we can find out the availability from our suppliers. We choose our suppliers very carefully and one of the main criteria is that they keep a wide range of stock and can supply quickly.

What About Postage And Packaging?

We currently have a number of rates for shipping depending on their weight and/or value. These are ;

The delivery code will be shown on each product page. You will be charged full rate for the largest item. Subsequent items will have the delivery charge set at half the rate.

Can I Pre-Order Goods?

If we don't have the item you require in stock, you can pre-order it. This is often essential for certain items that there is a high demand for ( Santa Cruz frames being a great example.) There is also an incredibly high demand for stock during October, November and December so we would recommend you pre-order in time for Christmas. A deposit of 20% will usually be taken if the item is a special order, but the balance will not be taken until the goods are ready for dispatch.

We will keep in touch with you regarding the estimated delivery date for your pre-order. If you need to know it's progress at any time, ring us on 08000 850 436.

When will my stuff arrive?

If you get your order in early enough in the day, and provided the goods are in stock, it will be shipped that day to arrive the next working day. By early enough, we mean enough time for us to pick the goods and process the order, all in time for the courier coming to collect. The couriers only collect and deliver on weekdays.

Smaller items will be sent first class recorded delivery. These can be sent and received on Saturdays and well as the usual weekdays.

Occasionally our couriers and the Post Office can take longer than expected to deliver.

Where can we deliver to?

We can only ship goods within the UK . Deliveries to more remote parts of Scotland , Wales and Northern Ireland will often take longer and often cost more. Please ring us on 08000 850 436 if you have any queries.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes. But we have still need the cardholder's address. Call for details.

What happens if I'm not in when the delivery is made?

Our carrier will leave you a card. On this card will be a phone number - so you can arrange another delivery at a more suitable time or you can collect your parcel from their local depot.

Can I specify a time for my goods to be delivered?

The specific time that our carriers will deliver is beyond our control, however if you are not in a card will be left and they will attempt to deliver on another occasion or you can collect it from their local depot.

Christmas Delivery

To guarantee delivery by Christmas, all orders must be placed by the middle of December each year. Extreme Sports Ltd is unable to guarantee Christmas delivery if orders are placed after this date.

Christmas Availability

Certain items are in very short supply in the run up to Christmas and therefore we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible to guarantee supply in time for Christmas.

We're not kidding when we say that many items sell out very quickly. By 'Sell Out' we mean the importers has pre-sold it's stock and future allocation. This means that certain items will simply be unavailable after and unknown period.
