Our Web site images, descriptions, stock availbility and colours are subject to change and are for illustration only. In the event of a particular colour or variation not being available we will make every attempt to find a suitable alternative.
Order Fulfillment
Due to the nature of our business, stock availability can not be guaranteed. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped in order to reach you within 5 working days. Payment is not taken from your credit card until stock has been checked and the order is ready for shipping.
Payment and Security
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch, Solo, Delta and American Express cards. We can't accept Visa Electron cards online or by mail order but you can use them in store.
Delivery
Orders that will be shipped to reach the customer within 5 working days (usually 1 or 2 working days) and must be signed for so please make sure there will be someone available at your delivery address.
Pricing
We set the same initial prices in the Extreme Sports Ltd store, catalogues and website. However, over time prices may vary within the store, catalogue and website due to promotions and offers being run. From time to time we may alter the pricing on www.extremesports.ltd.uk so that the prices are lower than in the current catalogue or instore. Unfortunately we cannot offer the same pricing in this instance in the store.
Prices displayed on the Web site are inclusive of VAT.
Returns Policy
IMPORTANT: Before returning an item to us you must call us for a returns number. Items sent back without a returns number cannot be accepted.
When you return an item to us, please fill in the returns slip which will be included in your parcel. Your completed returns slip must then be returned with the goods to the address provided. We would suggest that you keep a note of your returns number in case you need to contact us regarding your return.
Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. CD's, videos, games and DVD's will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. Magazines and custom setups cannot be returned. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. You can also return non-faulty goods to any of our shops for an exchange only - please bring your invoice/receipt with you.
Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
Skateboard setups are custom made to the customer's order and therefore cannot be returned. In addition, snapped or cracked boards usually occur when your foot is in the wrong position when landing a trick or grab. Unfortunately, if this happens, Extreme Sports Ltd can not replace your broken board or a board with pressure cracks.
Privacy Policy
Extreme Sports Ltd are dedicated to protecting your privacy. When you place an order with Extreme Sports Ltd you will need to supply us with your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address, a password and payment card information.
Extreme Sports Ltd will not disclose your details to any third party without your permission. In order to improve customer service and ease of Web site use we will observe customer traffic patterns, purchase data and Web site use. Extreme Sports Ltd abide by the Data Protection Act 1998.
